Design Center Services
• The Design Center Experience creates a comfortable, environment in which the homebuyer can customize their home to reflect their personal tastes, budget and lifestyles
• Our staff of experienced designers will assist in the selection of all interior appointments as well as participate in onsite training for community specific options
• We assist the builder’s model specifiers in coordinating the selections that are appropriate for the buyer profile and budgets of specific communities
• The design center staff will generate all necessary documentation and diagrams to facilitate the sales, installation and close of escrow.
